As healthcare providers, the health and safety of our patients, staff and community remains our number one priority. We are following the guidelines put in place by state and local officials to ensure a safe experience for all patients. In addition, we have enhanced protocols for all our patients and have made all necessary adjustments to ensure proper social distancing in our offices to keep patients and staff safe.
All patients and visitors must wear a mask or cloth face covering for in-office visits.
Only patients with a scheduled appointment will be allowed to enter the office building. Please call us if a patient requires additional assistance.
Upon arrival of a scheduled appointment, please call the office and let us know you are in the parking lot at the location. We will allow you to stay in your vehicle until a cleaned and private room is available for you.
We will provide a questionnaire to ask questions as appointments are made. Please tell us if you have a cough or fever, or believe you have been exposed to a known case of COVID-19. We will review your situation and work with you to make sure you receive appropriate care.
